Prerequisites for the live surgical experience in Jamaica:
Participants should have entry level knowledge about implants
Must have taken a didactic program in dental implants to qualify for live surgery
Proof of attendance in an implant course - minimum of 25 hours.
Call Dr. Shulman for further information about prep courses that are held in the United States.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION & HOTEL INFORMATION: will be e-mailed to you prior to the course. We encourage you to register early; as this will enable us to protect course enrollment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If are unable to attend the course after you have registered, you must notify us in writing no later than 20 days prior to the start date in New Jersey, and 45 days for course in Jamaica.
$80.00 fees will be charged for cancelled registrations for New Jersey course and $500.00 cancellation fees will be charged for cancelled Jamaica course.
NOTE: ADIS reserves the right to modify the course content, faculty and meeting location, and reserves the right to cancel a program, if necessary.
