He previously served as Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Prosthodontics and Dean of Research, Advanced Education, and Continuing Education at Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has authored or co-authored six textbooks including Essentials of Complete Denture Prosthodontics, Approximately 175 articles and chapters in professional journals and textbooks, and founded the journal Implant Dentistry, which he edited for six years.

Mike Shulman, DDS, ADIS Director

Dr. Mike Shulman graduated from the Latvia Medical Academy, Riga, Latvia, in 1985, and completed his postgraduate training in oral surgery the following year at the Latvia Medical Academy.
He received his DDS from New York University College of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Shulman has placed and restored thousands of implants in his general dentistry practice with a number of implant systems. He has lectured nationally and internationally on oral implantology and presented a large number of implant continuing education courses throughout the world. Dr. Shulman is Adjunct Associate Professor of the School of Dental Sciences, University of Technology, Jamaica, a Master of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.

Dr. Irving Fitzgodfrey McKenzie received his medical degree, with a speciality in stomatology, from I. P. Pavlov Medical University, St. Petersburg, Russia, and his MS degree from St. Petersburg Academy. He is Director of Dental Services, Ministry of Health, Kingston, Jamaica. Dr. McKenzie is Adjunct Professor of Dental Surgery and Interim Head of the School of Dental Sciences, University of Technology, Jamaica. He has published and lectured nationally and internationally on infection control procedures, dental public health, orthodontics, dentofacial orthopedics, and forensic stomatology. Dr. McKenzie is Secretary of the Caribbean Council of Chief Dental Officers.

Dr. Peter Neff graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1963. In 1966 he left a lucrative practice in Florida to accept the position of Professor and Chairperson of Georgetown’s Occlusion Department, which he held until 1990. Dr. Neff has traveled the world giving hundreds of lectures and workshops to academics, dental schools, and organizations. His classic textbook, TMJ Occlusion and Function, which has been translated into five languages, is used by dental students around the world.
Harold F. Morris, DDS, MS.
Dr. Morris is President-Elect of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics.
Dr. Harold Morris received his DDS from Ohio State University School of Dentistry, completed his graduate training in prosthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo and his graduate training in dental materials at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He has lectured throughout the world for dental schools, dental societies, and specialty groups. Dr. Morris has authored or co-authored approximately 250 articles and chapters in professional journals and textbooks, and currently serves as Senior Associate Editor of the Journal of Oral Implantology. Dr. Morris is Co-director of the Dental Implant Clinical Research Group and Clinical Professor of Restorative Dentistry at Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Robert Braun, DDS, MS.
Dr. Robert Braun, a Marquette University School of Dentistry graduate, also holds a masters degree in diagnostic sciences. He is currently Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Medicine and Surgery at Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Braun is also a visiting professor at the University of Wisconsin, Department of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Braun completed a fellowship in the Department of Medical Genetics at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ira Eisenstein, DMD
Dr. Ira Eisenstein, a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, is Clinical Associate Professor of Periodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been involved in dental education since receiving his DMD from Tuft University in 1973. He is on the teaching staff of the Department of Periodontics at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he served as Chairman of the Division of Periodontics for six years. He is a pioneer in the field of periodontal plastic aesthetic implant dentistry, reconstructive surgery and smile design. He has published and lectured nationally and internationally on dental implants and soft and hard tissue grafting. Dr. Eisenstein maintains a private practice in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
